As a Sage Third Party developer, Zybertech
Construction Software realized there was a gap in the market
for technology solutions for home builders. Listening to
our customers, we learned that what they needed was a complete
sales management solution that integrated with their Timberline
Office programs. Zybertech identified this need and soon
become the creator and exclusive Canadian reseller of HomeFront
Software, a complete home builder management solution that
directly integrates with Sage Timberline Office. HomeFront’s
HomeBuilder Management Tool Kit is made up of five components,
each of which provides the home builder real-time, valuable
information necessary to make important business decisions
before, during, and after the construction process.

Zybertech's Work Ticket application is an easy to use application
designed for Commercial & Industrial Contractors. Its user
friendly interface and functionality allows customers to
create a workticket, record time, create a bill for the
customer all while integrating with Timberline Office Accounting.

MyAssistant ™

An easy-to-use tool integrated with Timberline Office, Innovative
Software Design's MyAssistant proactively identifies what
needs to be done, determines who needs to be informed, and
automatically performs the task. For example, MyAssistant
can automatically identify vendors with insurance expiring
in 30 days and send them a letter, generate and distribute
personalized reports on a regular schedule, notify property
managers when leases are about to expire, or let operations
know as soon as a job drops below a profit threshold. MyAssistant
uses Microsoft Outlook to notify who you want-- vendors,
customers, owners, tenants, project managers, and others-with
the information you specify. Extend the power of Timberline
Office with MyAssistant.
