As a Sage Third Party developer, Zybertech realized there was gap in the market as many Homebuilder clients wanted a sales management system that integrated with their Timberline Office solution. Zybertech identified this need and is an exclusive Canadian Reseller of HomeFront Software, a leading home builder management system that services builders of all sizes. Most recently HomeFront launched Precision Builder, the final piece to the award winning HomeBuilder Management Tool Kit which directly integrates with Sage Timberline Office.

The success of HomeFront software is measured by builder recognition and also industry awards. HomeFront's PrecisionBuilder has been declared one of Constructech's 2008 Hottest Product as well HomeFront was recognized in Constructech's 2007 list of "Companies to Watch". Daryl is President and CEO of Zybertech Construction Software Services Software and leads the Zybertech team with over 15 years of experience working in and directly with Canada's leaders in the residential home building and Construction Industry.

Daryl has been a certified consultant for Sage Timberline Office Accounting since 1996. He earned his education in accounting and computer information processing at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology. Daryl is chairman of the Business Leaders Network in Red Deer, Alberta, a network of business leaders that provide mentorship, and training in the areas of business development and leadership and collaborate on current issues and events as they affect the global and local economy.

As VP of Professional Services, Jakob has extensive experience in software consulting specifically for the home building industry. After completing 2 years as the Manager of Information Systems and Assistant Controller for a company based in Sweden, he pursued his MBA focusing in Managerial Accounting. Now based in Calgary, Jakob has added over 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, responsible for implementing ERP & CRM solutions within the commercial, industrial and home building industry. He is a certified Sage Timberline Office consultant and leads the Zybertech implementation and consulting team.

Tim Wellings, based in San Antonio Texas, brings both experience and leadership as Vice President of US Operations for Zybertech Construction Software USA. With over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry and past success as Director of Corporate Operations for one of the largest HomeBuilders in Texas & Division President for a large San Antonio Texas Homebuilder; Tim is a welcomed addition to the Zybertech team. Tim’s expertise expands within the construction industry to consulting, cost & quality control, sales & marketing, business development, competitive analysis & strategic forecasting.

Zybertech USA is also a preferred solution provider for HomeFront Software, a leader in Residential & Commercial Construction Management Software. Tim’s experience in the construction software industry has been vital to the growth and expansion of several construction technology firms. As Director of Professional Services for 10 years to a large-sized construction technology provider, Tim managed a staff of 24 consultants responsible for implementing, training and providing ongoing consulting services. Tim’s experience and extended network within the industry solidifies Zybertech USA as successful provider of construction software solutions.

Tim holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Construction Management from the University of Denver and an MBA with concentration in Financial Management, from City University in Bellevue, WA.

We have an in house development team which developed our third party applications Safety Desk, Work Ticket and Command Center. These applications provide solutions to industry problems and functions which are not available within Timberline. We also act as the exclusive Canadian reseller of HomeFront Software a third party solution for the residential homebuilding industry.
